Who is eligible for CARE programs?

Legacy Lane Collective serves seniors, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers who are often underserved or overlooked. Our programs are designed to support individuals and families facing challenges related to aging, disability, or caregiving.

How do I apply for support?

Having a healthcare provider, social worker, or community partner submit a Community Referral Form on your behalf

How do I become a volunteer?

Visit our Volunteer Hub to register, view current opportunities, and complete your application. You can choose events and activities that match your interests and availability.

What kind of training is provided?

All volunteers receive orientation and role-specific training. We ensure you feel confident and prepared before you begin serving. Training may include:
